1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of midlifemusestudio.com and your purchase and use of products offered by Midlife Muse Studio. By using the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the products.

2. Who We Are

3. Educational Purpose and Health Disclaimer

Our guides, journals, food lists and other materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, nutritional counselling, dietetic services, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional.

The Midlife Metabolism Reset is a curated account of personal experience and information learned during a personal health journey. It is not presented as an original clinical program or as professional healthcare advice.

Always consider your individual health, medications, allergies and dietary needs. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making a significant change to your diet or activity, particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating. Stop and seek appropriate care if you experience concerning symptoms.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Individual experiences vary. We do not promise or guarantee weight loss, changes in metabolism, improved health, financial results or any other specific outcome. Testimonials and personal stories describe individual experiences and are not promises that another person will obtain the same result.

5. Digital Products and Delivery

Products are digital unless a product page expressly says otherwise. No physical item will be shipped. Digital products are delivered through Payhip using the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address and for downloading and safely storing your files.

If you do not receive access to your files or experience a technical problem, contact hello@midlifemusestudio.com and include the purchaser name, purchase email and order details. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working copy.

6. Payments and Pricing

Checkout, payment processing and digital delivery may be provided by Payhip and PayPal. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected at checkout.

7. Personal-Use Licence

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print a copy for your own use.

You may not share the files, upload them to a shared drive, reproduce them for other people, resell them, distribute them, publish them, remove ownership notices, create competing products from them, or use them for commercial, teaching, coaching or client purposes without prior written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The website and products, including their text, design, graphics, worksheets and branding, are owned by or licensed to Midlife Muse Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

9. Refunds

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, sales are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded. We will consider a refund or replacement when a file is defective, the wrong product was delivered, a duplicate purchase occurred, or access cannot be provided after reasonable troubleshooting.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund or other right that cannot legally be excluded. Please read the separate Refund Policy available on our website and Payhip store.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use the website unlawfully, or infringe the rights of Midlife Muse Studio or another person.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to Payhip, PayPal and other third-party websites or services. We do not control their availability, content, security or practices and are not responsible for losses caused by your independent use of them, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midlife Muse Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes and Availability

We may update the website, products and these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. We may correct errors, update content or discontinue a product, but changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.

14. Governing Law
